studies, civil engineering,
traffic and transportation,

services.

New York University
College of Engineering,
Mr. Meyer holds a
Bachelor of Civil
Engineering degree
with a specialization
in Sanitary Engineering.
He has completed
numerous advanced
studies in sanitary,
environmental and
traffic engineering
at the University
of Wisconsin and
Michigan State University,
and is active in
the American Society
of Civil Engineers,
Institute of Transportation
Engineers and New
York State Society
of Professional Engineers.
Mr.
Meyer is a Director
of the Westchester
County Chapter of
New York State Society
of Professional Engineers.
He has served as
Chairman of the Civil
and Construction
Technology Committee
Advisory Council
on Occupational Education
at Westchester Community
College.
