• Helped design ramp configuration, ingress / egress and parking lot layout
  in an existing parking structure
• Required coordination of paid parking with a planned hotel in the same
  building

• 13,500 s.f. freestanding store on 1.4 acre out-parcel at Ridgedale Center
• 60 parking spaces
• Required MPCA NPDES permit
